The wild flowers_3. 野生の花たち_3

本日も山の中に咲く花をお届けします
This is the topic of the flowers blooming in the mountains today.
一つ目は　First
ドクダミです。 It’s a Houttuynia cordata.(fish mint)
なんかいかにも毒がありそうな名前ですが、逆に解毒の意味だそうです。
しかしあの強烈な香りは印象的です。
Aroma is strong this plant. It's very impressive.

これはベトナム語で「diếp cá」（直訳は魚のレタス）と言って、重要な野菜です。
In Vietnamese is “diếp cá”.  This means that the fish lettuce.
あの有名な「生春巻き」にも入れて食べます。
To eat to put in the "raw spring rolls"

慣れてくると、ドクダミの無いベトナム料理はありえないと思えるぐらいの存在感です。
It is one of the ingredients typical of Vietnamese cuisine.
In Japan. It's drunk by Medicine tea.

次は Next
木苺のビロードイチゴです。This is the Raspberry.
葉っぱの表面が、ビロード状の毛で覆われています。
しかし茎には鋭い刺が大量に有って、物々しい雰囲気です。
果実は独特の芳香が有り、とても美味しいです。
Raspberry leaf of this is texture like velvet. But There is a sharp spines on the stem.  This Fruit is good fragrance and delicious.

最後は Last
スイカズラです。  This is Lonicera japonica名前の由来は、花に甘い蜜が有り、花の蜜をを吸ったからだそうです。
中国語では「金銀花」でして、これは咲き始めは純白の花が、しばらくすると黄色に変化し、金と銀の花が同時に咲いているように見えるからだそうです。
This flower has honey.  Chinese name is "gold and silver flower".
This flower blooms Beginning is pure white.
The change yellow after a while.
Because These flowers looks like a gold and silver together.
